Our website operates separately from our physical stores. As such, online purchases must be returned through our online platform unless told otherwise.
Shipping Boxes:
As an attempt to help reduce waste, we reuse boxes to ship your purchase to you, if your order requires a box.
K-Pop Album Returns:
As per our online refund policy, we require an unedited unboxing video of the album in order to accept a refund for missing photocards. Albums with damaged or scratched protective covers are not eligible for returns or compensation.
Figures:
Opened Nendoroids, Figmas, S.H. Figuarts and other high-end collectibles are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturer's mistake (e.g. duplicate face plates in a nendoroid box).
Shipping
How long does it take for orders to ship?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, given the exception of holidays and weekends. For more information, please consult our Shipping Policy.
My package was damaged/lost in transit, what do I do?
As per our shipping policy, we are not responsible for packages damaged or lost by shipment carriers. This does not include faulty goods such as K-Pop albums with missing photocards. For more information on this, please consult our Refund Policy.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Yes, you can make changes to an order that has already been placed as long as the order has not been packaged or shipped. Please use the contact form here, giving your order number, name, e-mail, and changes you would like made.
Returns & Refund
Can I return an item in-store?
Currently, our in-store locations and online website process on separate systems. If you would like to initiate a return, you will need to do so online unless told otherwise. Once it has been accepted, follow the instructions to ship it back to us.
The album I purchased is missing photocards, what do I do?

Items
What do you mean by "First Press Only" for K-Pop albums?
Items labeled "First Press Only" means they only come with the initial release batch. You are not guaranteed a pre-order poster, photocard, or other pre-order item will come with your K-Pop album.
